If product is damaged during shipping
- Take clear photos of your package before and after opening
- If box looks damaged on outside, please discuss with Canada Post at time of receiving (ie pick up depot or at door). and ensure you take photos
- In most cases an damaged items claim will be processed through Canada Post.
- You will need to notify us asap and keep us informed in the process.
Not sure if a scent/style is for you?
- We do not offer exchanges on any opened body products.
- If you have any questions or concerns before purchasing we are happy to discuss them with you.
- Please read descriptions carefully before ordering.
- if you are hesitant on a scent/product, let us know and we will include a sample in your order if we have one available.
Product returns must meet all criteria, and will be compensated by credit or exchange.

- You must notify us of intent to return within 15 days of purchase.
- Product must be clearly unused (photos will be required)
- Body products are not accepted for return
- Must be returned in clean, undamaged packaging
- Original shipping and return shipping is at expense of buyer
- There may be other terms added by us at any time that are not included here.

- Refunds are available within 24 hrs if order has not been processed
- After 24hrs, a $3 fee will be subtracted from refund, as we are charged banking fees for deposit AND refund ($1.50 x 2)
- Refunds are processed by a third party (Shopify/Stripe/Square) and may take up to 10 business days once refund has been processed to return funds to your card.
